Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is cancelled >8 weeks before the day of arrival, 100% of the 1st payment will be refunded.
For cancellations 8-4 weeks before the day of arrival, 75% of the rental amount will be refunded.
For cancellations 4-2 weeks before the day of arrival, 50% of the rental amount will be refunded.
For cancellations <2 weeks before the day of arrival, the rental amount will not be refunded. This also includes when no one shows up or an early termination of the stay.

Damage

Aruba COCO reserves the right to claim any costs for damage to the accommodation by guests.
Lost and stolen property
Aruba COCO offers 24-hour camera surveillance of the premises.
Aruba COCO cannot be held liable for lost or stolen property.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Aruba COCO, its partners, apartment owners, Property Manager, employees and affiliates from and against any and all claims, actions or liabilities, including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or alleged to be a result of your breach of these Terms of Use, your reliance on any material posted on the Site or as a result of any material you post on the Site.
